Vape batteries are an essential piece of kit for any vaper. Vape batteries are the only way your vaping experience will work so choosing the correct batteries is vital.
Vape Battery tips
Some tips for the beginner when it comes to your vape batteries:
When using a vape kit for the first time, you should ensure you charge your batteries to full first. Don’t just jump straight in, as a full charge will ensure the best battery life.
Don’t leave batteries unattended when charging; vaping is always going to be safer to have in the home than cigarettes, but it’s best to keep an eye on your batteries as they charge in case of a fault. Likewise, you shouldn’t charge overnight — only charging to full will extend the life of the batteries, too.
Lithium ion batteries, which are the kind in vape kits, are pretty forgiving. You do not need to ensure you charge them to full every time or to completely empty them of charge. When properly cared for, you can expect between 12 to 18 months of use out of a battery before they should be recycled.
If the wrap on a battery is warped, dented, cracked, or bulging or hot, it’s time to replace them.
When carrying spare batteries around, make sure you do so in a battery case. Loose batteries can have their circuits completed by loose change, keys, or other metallic objects which is how accidents happen.
